Eastern Los Angeles Family Resource Center

Eastern Los Angeles Family Resource Center (ELAFRC), a partner of Heluna Health, supports families of children with developmental delays and disabilities with bilingual resources, support groups, parent education, and community training. Established in 2000, ELAFRC serves children from birth to age five and assists adults with special needs seeking independence.
