Little by Little School Readiness Program

Little by Little School Readiness Program (LBL), a direct service program of Heluna Health and an initiative of PHFE WIC, fosters early literacy skills in children ages 0–5 from families engaged in WIC programs in Southern California and Tulsa, OK. Through free books, parental guidance, and instructional support, Little by Little enhances school readiness and strengthens foundational literacy habits.
